Avoiding Fake 11xPlay Offers That Look Too Good

On social media, you might see advertisements promising "instant 5000" for signing up for 11xPlay through their link. Last IPL season, my cousin clicked on such a link and was asked to pay a “verification fee” of ₹1000 to get a fake bonus. 11xPlay does give bonuses and offers, but they never require upfront payment for rewards.

Using Strong Passwords for Your 11xPlay Account

Protecting your 11xPlay account starts with creating a strong password you don’t use elsewhere. I used to be lazy, reusing the same password across apps, until one day, my account on a different platform got hacked, reminding me how easily scammers can get in. On 11xPlay, use a unique password with letters, numbers, and symbols, and don’t share it with anyone.

Only using 11xPlay Wallet to verify payments

When you win on 11xPlay, you’ll naturally want to withdraw your winnings. Keep in mind that only the app's wallet system, which is linked to your Paytm or bank account, can process withdrawals. A friend once described receiving a fictitious call from the "11xPlay payment team" inquiring about her OTP and promising an immediate transfer of her winnings. Never share OTPs or bank details over calls or links sent via random messages. On 11xPlay, your withdrawals are processed securely within the app—no shortcuts needed.

Identifying Fake Customer Service That Claims to Be 11xPlay

Always use the in-app support chat or the official support email if you encounter problems. I once tested a suspicious number out of curiosity, and under the guise of "account verification," they requested my login information. That was enough for me to block and report them. Keep in mind that real 11xPlay support will never ask for your password or OTP when seeking assistance.
